Welcome to Multiscale Energy Systems Laboratory!

The Multiscale Energy Systems Laboratory, directed under Prof. Mansoo Choi, focuses on a development of next-generation energy systems through designing unique multiscale structures with various architecturing techniques such as IAAL, soft lithography and electrospray. Based on these novel multiscale architecture technologies, we integrate the nano-, micro- and macro-scale processes to produce super-properties which energy materials or devices can possess. We are trying to achieve clean, high-efficient, and low-cost future energy systems especially for solar and fuel cells. We believe we can open new paradigms and technological breakthroughs in future energy systems.

We welcome mechanical engineering students who want to join our group and research about multiscale energy systems, especially students with multidisciplinary knowledge!
